Minimum Order:

Shipping:

All shipments are shipped UPS or common carrier trucks. Stock material will usually ship within 2 business days of receiving the order. Special expedited shipping can be arranged upon receiving the order. All special expedited orders of stock material must be received before 2:00p.m. that day to be shipped out the same day. All special handling charges are the responsibilty of the consumer. All freight is prepaid and added to invoice. We pay the freight on any order over $1000.

Payment Terms:

Visa,Mastercard, American Express are accepted. Open terms can be established upon completion of our credit application and proper credit approval process.

Sales Tax:

For shipments to CA or NY, applicable sales tax will be added to your order.

Returns and Cancellation Policies:

A 15% restock fee plus freight will be applied to all returns that are not due to our error. All material must be in its original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Special cut lengths are not returnable. All returns must be dealt with through our customer service dept. @800-431-3095. No un-authorized returns will be accepted without prior approval. Cancellations must be made with-in 1hour of receiving order confirmation.
